PLEASE NOTE:
1. By enrolling you acknowledge that you agree with the terms & conditions stated in our Disclaimer Agreement. Please ensure you have read our Disclaimer Agreement prior to enrolling.
2. If you are enrolling more than one person, please complete one form per person.
3. This form is only used to collect your personal information for the purpose of your enrolment. No payment is require at time of enrolling via this form. Once we receive your enrolment request, we will email you directly with our bank details, as payments are done via EFT.
4. All new, first time students are entitled to a FREE TRIAL.
5. Our classes run on an ongoing basis, with monthly payments due on the 1st of each month. Pro-rata payment option available if you start throughout the month.
6. Your information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
